The extranet of this association has become a standard. It concerns a simple and secure system to consult all kind of confidential information by internet. In the early days, this information had to be asked by letter or by phone. Nowadays, a secured password will do the work.
In a small leaflet the Royal Belgian FA explains to its clubs the applications of the extranet system. After having signed a contract, the club receives through the Extranet department an access code which is composed of a users'name and a badge. One single access per club is mostly insufficient. Therefore, we offer to the clubs the possibility to more members affiliated to the club having access .
As far as the referees are concerned, the extranet offers them a quick, clear information so that they have up-to-the-minute news.
The same application is available for the trainers/coaches with specific information on coaches' education programs and how to become diplomas/certificates.
